Blue Chip Scholars is a global online community for women in senior executive leadership and/or STEM to mentor teen girls. The program uses existing online and local opportunities for Blue Chip Scholars to earn points and achieve levels. In addition to developing the skills needed for a career in a senior leadership position and/or STEM, Blue Chip Scholars develop grit, make lifelong friends, and instantaneously distinguish themselves on resumes and applications.

Mentors use Blue Chip Scholars program point system to mentor girls to attain the training, experiences, and network for a career as a STEM professional or strategic leader.
